It's Wednesday! Almost half way to the weekend! This weekend (if the rain can hold off for just a little bit), I plan on doing some serious work in the yard! It's just so pitiful right now! I hate doing yard work but I think after seeing a before and after I will think any amount of work is worth it! We don't have a big yard so there's only so much we can do. Here's my inspiration!
Succulents! Aren't they GORGE!!!
Lavender! It's special to us because we used lavender for our wedding place cards.
Elephant Ears. The best part is they can grow well in shade and we have lots of shade.
I love the raised garden beds!
Herbs. I wouldn't mind growing some Cilantro!
I think Japanese Maples are the prettiest trees! I wish I could make room for one!

I cannot keep hardly anything alive... I get lucky sometimes, but my succulents died within a week!
I am dying to do some serious backyard revisions this year! And I cannot wait for it to get warm enough (and stay warm enough) to plant lots of flowers. My backyard is in desperate need of color.
